April 29, 2020 – Imagine AR Inc. (ImagineAR) has today announced the signing of a five year USD $300,000 licensing agreement to provide its augmented reality platform to SlapItOn for the launch of its new line of interactive products featuring social media influencers, athletes and celebrities. In addition to the five-year licensing fee, the agreement also provides for program management fees over the term, which ImagineAR states can significantly help to increase annual revenue.
SlapItOn is owned by a group of professional athletes including the company’s Founder & CEO, National Football League (NFL) All-Pro, Mike Vanderjagt. Other athletes from the NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, and MLS include Troy Aikman, Mike Modano, Johnny Damon, Steve Smith and Cobi Jones, respectively.
The custom graphics company can take any image and convert it into an action decal in various sizes including walls, laptops, tablets and smartphones. As a result of the Agreement with ImagineAR, SlapItOn will now be expanding its offering to deliver interactive products integrated as an ‘all-in-one’ collectible sports card, decal and social media via augmented reality for fans.
